I'm not convinced that designating the side of the path that the bus shelter is on as the cycle lane is a great move. http://t.co/pU5hW3tYA4
NCN76 along Beech Avenue from Dalgety Bay to Aberdour. The route follows a private road which is almost completely free of motorised traffic and is well-used by cyclists and pedestrians. The surface is smooth tarmac for the majority of the
Millenium Milepost at inverkeithing station.
NCN1 southbound sign. Just avoiding the hanging baskets. The text size (x-height) on this sign is very small. This makes the sign hard to see.
A wooden post, set in a hedge, on the edge of a farm track. The east-bound finger has probably been swiped off by a passing farm vehicle. The desire to create signage that doesn't look 'urban' can sometimes lead to signage that's no good
A very steep bit of cycle path
View of Longannet Power Station from the NCN76.
There's a separated cycle path along side the road on the Fife coastal path. I'm thinking I'm in the Netherlands.

national route 76 round the forth has many challenging cunningly concealed steep climbs from the shore away from installations or closed off areas. This is an excellent cyclepath.
